What is 4-H?

The Solano County 4-H program helps young people, ages 5-19, reach their fullest potential as competent, confident individuals who contribute to and are connected with their communities.

In 4-H programs, youth serve in leadership roles where they set goals, develop plans, complete projects, and reflect on their experiences.

Learn by doing activities, youth-adult partnerships, and research-based educational programs help young people enhance their leadership abilities and develop a wide range of other life skills.

Join us to learn more about the 4-H Youth Development Program.

4-H staff, adult volunteers and 4-H members will provide an overview of 4-H opportunities, programs & activities.

4-H is open to all youth 5 through 19 years.
